Radnor, PA: The Franklin Foundation for Innovation announced it's STEAM partnership with the Portland Area Public School District in Portland, OR which will include a long-range roadmap to improve STEAM career engagement for the district through the Foundation's nBrain Program.
nBrain is a unique suite of services created to deliver technology-supported STEAM solutions to improve engagement for students who otherwise might never get the kind of exposure to STEAM careers they would need to pursue them.
"Portland's school district is in a unique position. With just under 50,000 students they have the flexibility to innovate efficiently without the risk of getting stuck in a long programming cycle. I believe our ability to engage the district, their students, and their families puts us in a unique position to have a tremendous impact in an area that is experiencing a STEM renaissance of sorts. Very exciting opportunity for us." stated Endre Jarraux Walls, the Foundation's CEO and Founder.
More details on the partnership will be released this year.
